As part of the Educational Task Force, we want to kick off the search for mentors among IAB Members who could help other IAB Members grow professionally. I am sure that IAB Members from companies in Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia can help each other with different challenges and help achieve the next growth phase. We have always been passionate about learning from other experiences, and we are sad that we are not sharing knowledge among the best Baltic companies. Here is the chance to change that. 

At the moment, we have not identified a category. So, we ask you to submit 1-2 people from your company (feel free to share the form with your team) who would be willing to spend after the launch at the beginning of 2024 1-2h a month to help another IAB Member grow professionally or help find the solution with the challenging situation. 

Ideally, together with a mentorship program, we also launch a community targeted towards a specific niche (we will determine it based on the mentors and activity).. It would allow mentors and all IAB Members to interact daily with the best Baltic companies.
