Let's Work Together to Make Vernon Better

Our community is stronger when we work together! Joining a committee is an excellent way to contribute to the improvement and celebration of our neighborhood. The committees we're forming are based on the results of our recent community survey, which highlighted the top three things people love about Vernon and the top five concerns.

While not everyone needs to be on the board, it's crucial to have at least one person from each committee represented on the board. This ensures that the voices and perspectives of each committee are heard and integrated into our community's decision-making process.

Each committee will form their own expectations, meeting cadence, goals, values, with support and facilitation by a board member. We want you to feel empowered to participate in ways that feel good to you and help you feel like you're making a difference, because you are!
