Thank you for applying to be part of the first cohort for the ODPhi Leadership Academy. The purpose of this Leadership Academy is to harness and cultivate future leaders in Omega Delta Phi by investing in the development of our undergraduate members. As a future member you will be a part of an opportunity to expand your leadership capabilities via hands on and digital workshops, mentoring opportunities, and extended fraternal engagement opportunities facilitated at national conference.

Applicants who are chosen for the ODPhi Leadership Academy will be eligible for a special session at our 2026 National Conference in Seattle which will include networking, a Q&A with our guest speakers, and hangs on leadership development opportunities.
