Winter Senior Youth Alpha Retreat

This Senior Youth Retreat is for those grade 9-12!! Join us as we will be walking through the video series of Alpha Youth and focusing on prayer and the Holy Spirit in our lives.

If you are interested in attending the Senior Youth Winter Retreat on March 1-3, please fill out the form below to register. 

The due date for registration is February 17th. A parent or guardian (above 18 years old) MUST fill out this permission form. Youth under 18 years old are not permitted to complete this permission form. 

Location: Countryside Camp, Ayr, ON

COST is $50  (includes 2 nights accommodations, meals & snacks also included: Friday night snack, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast)

Drop off between 6-6:30pm on Friday, pick up at noon on Sunday.

I agree that if there is a medical emergency, for my child to taken to the nearest medical facility for treatment by a G licensed youth leader. Until I arrive to the medical facility, I give my permission for the youth group leaders to give permission for my child's care within the medical facility.
