Charlotte Plains is exploring the possibility of a Glamping Tent option at the Bore Campsite for QMF's QLD Music Trails!
If you would be interested in this option, please fill out the form below. We will need a minimum number to make this happen, so please have a backup plan if this cannot proceed.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMED BOOKING, ONLY AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST.
Glamping will be available from Monday, April 15th, to Wednesday, April 17th. The following packages will be available:
Glamping Tent - bedding included ($660 - $800): This package includes the supply and assembly of a luxury bell tent, complete with bedding options to suit your needs. Guests will enjoy the comfort of high-quality hotel-grade spring mattresses. Each tent is also equipped with protective ground matting, entry rugs, lantern, towels, and tasteful decorations. Additionally, glamping guests will have access to a 10m x 15m stretch communal tent with basic tea and coffee facilities, a fridge for essentials, couch relaxation facilities, a charging station, and interior décor featuring festoon lighting. The price for a two-night stay in a tent with a double bed is $660. Should you require extra sleeping arrangements, the cost is an additional $140 for each double bed, or $70 for a single bed.
Glamping Tent - no bedding included ($550): This package includes the supply and assembly of a luxury bell tent, but please note that bedding is not included. Guests are required to bring their own bedding options, such as swags, an inflatable mattress, or any other preferred bedding types. Additionally, guests will have access to the previously described communal space.
Dry Hire ($330): This package includes supply of a Glamping bell tent, which you will erect yourself within the Bore Campsite area. Bedding is not included. Dry hire does not include access to the glamping area or communal space.
