City of Lights Theatre & Cabaret: To the Moon and Back Audition Form
Thank you for your interest in performing with City of Lights Theatre & Cabaret in our production of To the Moon and Back! Please provide a few important pieces of information about you by completing the entire form to the best of your ability.

We are casting performers ages 12-18. You must be in that age range during rehearsals and performances.

Performers: please ask a parent or guardian to help you fill out the audition form.

After submitting the form, please submit a video audition to auditions@cityoflightstheatre.org by Wednesday, September 2 at 11:59 pm OR audition in person on Wednesday, September 2 at 7:00-9:00 pm at Two Brothers Roundhouse.

Rehearsal Conflicts

List any conflicts you have between Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, November 1. No conflicts are permitted from November 2–8.

Rehearsals will take place:
Saturdays 10:00–1:00pm or 1:00-4:00pm (Two Brothers Roundhouse/Wesley/St. Mark's )
Wednesdays 5:30–9:00 pm (Two Brothers Roundhouse/Wesley/St. Mark's)
Thursdays 5:30-9pm (Two Brothers/Wesley/St. Marks)
Additional rehearsals the week of Oct. 25 and Nov. 1.
You will not need to attend all rehearsals, and we will schedule around your conflicts as much as possible.

Please plan on attending 1–2 rehearsals per week in Sept. and 2–3 rehearsals per week in October. Out-of-town participants will have only Saturday rehearsals until mid October.

Please be as complete and as accurate as possible. Additional conflicts outside this form cannot be accommodated (except for emergencies) and may result in removal from the production. Performance conflicts are NOT permissible (Thursday 11/5 through Sunday November 8)

We will provide a master schedule within one week of casting.

If you are cast, you will need to have songs/staging/choreo completely memorized by Sunday, Oct. 25. If you are not fully memorized by that date, your song may be cut from the show with no tuition or ticket refunds. Do you agree to this requirement? *

$225 tuition is due to City of Lights Theatre at the first rehearsal. Please select your payment option.

We provide four, talent-based $100 scholarships to performers who are cast in the cabaret and are unable to pay the $225 tuition. We want to cast ALL talented performers, not just the performers who can pay the tuition. Please select the scholarship option if you are interested. This will not affect casting.

As of now, City of Lights Theatre & Cabaret receive no public funding. We depend exclusively on ticket sales and tuition to provide this service!
