By submitting this form, I acknowledge that Scripture Union Singapore reserves the right to cancel/postpone the details of the course without prior notice.

I have read and understood withdrawal from this course is non-refundable. In the event of withdrawal and regardless of the reason it may be, no part of the course fee or additional donation will be refunded. However, the registration is transferable. Kindly note that it is not SU's responsibility to look for replacement.

I understand that this course will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
