This form will register you to participate, but to guarantee your spot we must receive your teams payment within 72 hours of the form submission. The teams payment must be made by 1 team member for the whole team (totalling $600). Please see below for your options and instructions on how to make your payment to confirm your registration.

2: In person drop off: To coordinate this option drop off arrangements must be made by contacting email@example.com and payment must be recieved within 72 hours of registration.
Last year's tournament was a sold out event, and we expect the same this year so please don't delay on registering your team for the event.
