Sticks, branches, and other larger plants debris not broken down to lengths of no more than 4 feet and 2 inches in diameter.

Owners failing pick up after their dog defecates in other people's yards, or to properly dispose of picked up waste.
Excessive barking, especially during nighttime hours.
Aggressive animals not kept under control or in a fenced in yard at all times.
Owning more than 4 cats or 4 dogs over 4 months old per residence.
Fences
Fences that do not maintain the aesthetic appearance of the neighborhood.
Fences not maintained.
Fences placed in a front yard.
Property Maintenance
Roofs not maintained.
Peeling paint.
Walkways, porches, and driveways not maintained.
Potentially hazardous conditions present.
Pools, hot tubs, etc., not maintained in order to prevent stagnant water accumulating.
HVAC elements visible from street.
Standing water in areas where mosquitoes may breed.
Storage of debris, refuse, or other materials that provide harborage for rodents or other pests.
Construction projects lacking permits required by the City.
Construction debris and refuse materials not contained in dumpsters
Decorations
Holiday decorations not removed in a timely manner after the holiday has passed.
Outdoor decorations not in accordance with City regulations.
Businesses
Illegal businesses operated in the neighborhood.
Business operating in Palmer Woods not in accordance with all rules and regulations from the State and City.
Parties & Events
Failure to notify neighbors of large events or parties.
Failure to keep noise levels to a reasonable level, especially between 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.
Guests parking on the wrong side of the street.
Wildlife
Leaving food out or providing conditions that may attract rodents.
Feeding or providing anything that may encourage coyotes to stay in the neighborhood.
Failure to appropriately remedy a groundhog / woodchuck den on owner's property
