Newman Change of Dismissal
Please use this form to communicate with the school any change in your child’s regular dismissal
plan, including early dismissal or late arrival for appointments. This completed form will be shared with your child’s classroom teacher. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL THE TEACHER DIRECTLY OF ANY CHANGES. In addition, please fill out a dismissal form for EACH child.

Consistent routines are important for students and help support a smooth dismissal process. In the rare situation where you must make a change, please call by 11:00am--no changes can be accepted after this time.
Please be aware that the phone system is intended for emergency dismissal changes only; email changes cannot be guaranteed.
