Event 1: Podcast Episode release

Event 2: 5k run
Event 3: 13.1-mile cycle (stationary or otherwise)
Event 4: HIIT workout -coming
Event 5: Step Challenge* - submit step total at end of week
*Wheelchair conversion: 1km = 1250 steps, 1 meter = 1.25 steps

All participants will be entered into a raffle to win free MM New Balance gear, coinciding with the reopening of our New Balance store, including items for purchase.
