RULE DECLARATION

I declare that I/we have read in full and have understood the documents headed Minsterworth Water Ski Club Rules (2021) and ‘BWSW Safety Recommendations' that have been supplied to me/us by the Minsterworth Water Ski Club I will at all times use my best endeavours to obey all the rules and follow all the recommendations that I read.

AGREEMENT TO ABSOLVE THE CLUB FROM LIABILITY FOR INJURY

I in consideration of being accepted as termporary member(s) of Minsterworth Water Ski Club (*The Club"), and to the extent permitted by law, hereby jointly and severally absolve the club, its officers, members, servants, representatives and agents from all liability and responsibility to me/us howsoever arising for personal injury or damage to property (including all consequential losses and damage to property may be caused whilst engaging in or attending at all or any of the activities of the club notwithstanding that the same may in whole or part have been caused or contributed to by the negligence, breach of contract, breach of statutory duty or otherwise of the club, its officers, members, servants, representatives and agents and I/we also confirm that I/we have understood the meaning and the effect of this form of agreement and agree the same to be fair and reasonable.
