Hawaiʻi Ag Resilience Navigators 2.0
The Seeds of Wellbeing team is seeking 10 Ag Resilience Navigators to serve Hawai'i's agriculture community. Recruited Resilience Navigators will serve for 1-year and receive a $2,500 stipend after completing the following requirements:
  • 3x in-person retreats (March 28th, June 20th, October 3rd)
  • 2x in-person networking event on O'ahu | February 27th, 2025 & September 26th, 2025
  • 4x bi-monthly zoom sessions on the Third Thursdays 4:00pm-5:30pm
  • Complete a pre-post evaluation survey 
  • Complete two virtual mental health trainings (QPR & CMMT)

Applications close first week of February 2025

Timeline:

December - January Applicant Interview / Orientation

February 27th, 8:30am - 5:00pm, in-person on O'ahu: networking

March 20th, 4-5:30pm: Monthly Session 1

March 28th, 1st Quarter Retreat 

May 15th, 4-5:30pm: Monthly Session 2

July 17th, 4-5:30pm: Monthly Session 3

June 20th, 2nd Quarter Retreat 

September 18th, 4-5:30pm: Monthly Session 4

September 26th, 8:30am - 5:00pm, in-person on O'ahu: networking

October 3rd, 3rd Quarter Retreat
