The Wangensteen can accommodate a big crowd, so space is not limited, but you will need an appointment confirmation from the Wangensteen to enter the building. They will email you after you RSVP.

If you are driving to the Wangensteen, the best place to park is the Washington Avenue Ramp. The East Bank Light Rail station is directly in front of the Washington Avenue Ramp, so that is a great option if you're taking public transportation. We will be meeting in room 2-330 in the Phillips Wangensteen Building. Here are directions and POV video from the Washington Avenue Ramp / Light Rail station to this room. Please note - you can take the elevator down to the tunnel level (level 2) to avoid stairs.
