UCD Festival 2020 - Content Application Form
Join us and get involved in the UCD Festival 2020 - when festival goers 'Open their minds and let loose their imaginations'.
The UCD Festival on Saturday 6 June 2020, will be a day when we celebrate the thinkers, creators, educators, innovators and fun makers in UCD.
Last year 600 UCD students, faculty, staff and volunteers took part in over 135 Festival events which showcased the innovation, creativity and research that happens on campus to an audience of 20,500 people.
Once again we would like to invite applications for Festival programme content (events and activities) from the UCD Community through this online application form which will help the Festival team design the best programme. We welcome content ideas from faculty, staff and students for interactive research demonstrations, talks, workshops, behind-the-scene tours, installations, music and dance performances.
The 2020 programme will thematically build off the four key pillars of the "Rising to the Future" UCD Strategy 2020-2024 and on the many successful changes implemented in 2019.
The UCD Festival Working Group are committed to producing a festival that ensures our visitors have a wonderful experience and leave inspired. The UCD Festival also contributes to UCD’s public engagement objectives as it provides staff and students a platform to develop skills in public engagement, and experience a range of new perspectives on their work.
Please contact us if you would like to receive a copy of the UCD Festival Content Application Guidelines, which lists the objectives of the Festival and gives you an understanding of the range of content (events and activities) that we are looking for in 2020.
