The House Democratic Caucus offers letter folding services to Democratic Member offices. This includes letter folding, envelope stuffing and envelope sealing.
Member offices are responsible for ensuring letters meet franking guidelines, as well as proofreading, printing and mailing the letters. The maximum size is two pages and letters must be dropped off in white USPS bins. Letters must be printed on Member letterhead paper. If you are using non-window envelopes with constituent names and addresses printed directly on them, the letters must have a generic greeting. If your letters have an address printed on them, you must use window envelopes.
