MHS 2019- 2020 Course Request Change Form
Morse plans to start the 2019-20 school year with the least amount of schedule changes. In an attempt to do this, we are asking ALL students to review their course requests prior to the beginning of the school year. Please understand that not all requests will be accommodated; it will be based on availability and administration approval.

The deadline for making a course request change will be June 30, 2019. You can ONLY make ONE course request using this form. So please make sure you enter ALL of your course request changes on the ONE form.
