h2hacks Team Application
h2hacks is a student-led STEM organization founded by Ryan Lee in March 2019 that empowers today's youth to create change in their communities with technology. We're a group of students who focus on educating, empowering, and mobilizing other students across the east coast to start careers in STEM and use their skills to make a positive difference in the world! Our premier program is our biannual civic hackathon events, which are social good themed innovation challenges that bring together the brightest minds to create technology solutions to real-world problems.

Our Programs:
We run a variety of programs, including a biannual civic hackathon with changing themes, a learnathon targeted towards beginners, a mentorship/career guidance program, an online blog on emerging technologies and STEAM, and more. Find more information below!

Time Commitment:
Expect around 2 hours of work per week, including online team conferences. We also have occasional team outings to get to know each other!

If you move onto the next stage in the application process, you'll be interviewed to see if you're a good fit for the team.

Qualifications:
We're recruiting people of all skill sets, including graphics designers, blog content writers, business or tech-savvy people, leaders, and more. Don't be afraid to apply!

Our work environment is very friendly and casual rather than serious/professional. Team cooperation and bonding are very important to us. We're all in this together to make a positive difference in the world!
