Here's some text we've used in the past for conference admins to use to communicate with attendees regarding our services. If it turns out that we can come to your event, feel free to share the following (or something similar) with your attendees.

Is your technology _helping_ or _hindering_ your ministry? If it's not making you more effective, we'd like to help.
Staff from the Digital Products & Services team at Lake Hart will be available to provide whatever technical support services will bless your ministry. This can include fixing cracked screens on iPhones, replacing batteries, backing up your photos, removing viruses, upgrading RAM or a hard drive, training on how to use the Event Registration Tool, MissionHub, MPDX, Google apps, or an just understanding shoulder to lean on.
Do you need to breathe new life into your computer or get some advice on how to replace that doorstop? Stop by our table just outside of the main meeting room (during a break, of course) or schedule an appointment by emailing help@cru.org now!

For most Mobile Help Desk events, we cover the costs for getting Mobile Help Desk people to your event and ask that you cover the costs for us being there. That means we'll pay for plane tickets, rental cars (and the like) and expect you to cover conference fees, food and housing costs. That said, we never want budget to stand in the way of serving; if there are budgetary concerns, just let us know.
