PSD Redesign Survey for Stakeholders (non-student)
Pawtucket School Department is partnering with SchoolWorks to support the development of Slater Middle School’s Redesign plan. To continue engaging the school community, the PSD is providing an opportunity for collaboration. The goal of this survey is to hear from key stakeholders and learn which focus area(s) for Redesign they believe will be the best fit for the school that will transform the learning experiences for the students.

As a reminder, though we are requesting names and roles in the survey, your identity will not be directly linked to your survey responses. For example, your feedback and suggestions will be shared in general statements such as “Families shared” or “Staff stated.” This process allows you to be transparent, but also specific in your feedback to support your school. Thank you for taking time to share your valuable perspective. Please complete this survey by 6:00 PM on March 24th.
