Colts Camp waitlist registration
Please complete registration form for Colts Camp after school, before school, or both programs. If you have multiple children, please fill out a form for each child. You will be contacted when spots are available.  Please contact Director Christin Sims at christin.sims@fayette.kyschools.us with any questions.  Once your child is accepted into Cassidy's before/after school program, the fees are $4.00 per instructional day for the morning and $11 per instructional day for afternoon.  These fees are subject to change. Both programs are only offered on a full time basis. $30.00 Enrollment fee per student or $40.00 per family due upon acceptance for Colts Camp along with account debit information.
