Alternate Form - Congressional District 1
If you are unable to attend the convention as a delegate, you may designate an alternate in writing.

The below form is a sample of what information is required and must be submitted prior to the convention beginning.  

The designation is not filed in advance with the CTGOP office.  After you submit the designation, it will serve as the credentials that permit the alternate to act in your place as delegate.
