Thanks for participating as a hospitality volunteer. We are hoping for 10 volunteers from each of the core participating partner organizations, as a way of embedding welcome into this event.

Your job as a volunteer is to arrive early enough to be on the Green by 5:50 pm. As others arrive, you can gently and informally be friendly, and invite people to come in closer, to answer any basic questions they may have about the event (more info to come, so you are informed) and to just generally be a moment of eye-contact with a smile.

Your other job is to invite those from our own congregation to spread into the crowd and meet new people, rather than clump together. The more we cross-pollenate with our partner organizations, the deeper our growing relationships will be!
