IOK Islamic School — Uniform Order Form: 2026/27

Please submit one form per child. Jazzakallahu Khair!

Uniform Policy:

Effective September 2026:

All students must wear proper uniform. This includes polo shirts/hoodies with black pants for boys in Kindergarten to Grade 4. For girls in Kindergarten, they must wear a white Hijaab with the navy tunic or hoodie. For girls in Grade 1 to 4, they must wear a white Hijaab with an abaya. All students must wear uniform hoodies/polo shirts/tunics only. The school logo must be visible at all times. This means that if your child needs to wear a sweater during colder months, it must be the uniform hoodie only.

Parents are encouraged to purchase multiple of each item to ensure that the student is in clean uniform daily.

Care Instructions:

Please note that all uniforms are 100% cotton and machine washing/drying friendly.

Please wash with cold or warm water (not HOT), wash with like colours and tumble dry on low heat.

Pricing:

Boys Polo Shirts: $17.25 each (tax included)

Girls Tunics: $18.50 each (tax included)

Hoodies: $28.75 each (tax included)

Payment:

Please send the e-transfer of your total amount to programs@iokfoundation.org. In the e-transfer notes, please write your child's name, and mention that the payment is for uniform. Please mention the sizes and quantities in the e-transfer notes as well.

Uniform Pickup:

All uniforms will be available for pickup from the school office. The date(s) and time(s) will be communicated to you 1 week prior to the date of pickup.
