Are you attending the grooming seminar by Connie Crocker? 

Description: Join us for a fun and practical grooming seminar all about Portuguese Water Dog coats! Topics will include grooming tools and how to use them, tips for working with different coat types, choosing shampoos and conditioners, and ways to make grooming a positive experience for your dog. We’ll also discuss grooming for both pet and show trims, including why grooming lines and styles may vary between dogs. Perfect for owners, breeders, and exhibitors of all experience levels.

$10 for members, $15 for nonmembers. Please bring cash or check to the event.

You will be able to attend the seminar and participate in testing.

  • Each test is $10 per dog for members and $15 per dog for non-members. Bring cash or check.
  • Please indicate how many tests you would like for each category. For example, if you have 2 dogs and you want to test for CGC on 1 dog and trick dog novice for both, note 1 CGC test and 2 TKN tests.
  • We will have 2 judges, Janet Boyd and Claire Wiley.
  • If you are signing up for trick dog tests, please remember to bring any props.
  • Space is limited. Registrations will be accepted in the order received.
  • Please remember to bring your dog's AKC registration number, name, and date of birth.
