Health Topics Interest Survey

On behalf of Otipemisiwak Métis Government,

We hope this message finds you well. At The Métis Nation of Alberta, we are committed to promoting the health and well-being of our community members. To better understand your needs and preferences regarding health education, we invite you to participate in our Health Topic Interest Survey.

Your input is valuable in helping us tailor our health promotion initiatives to align with the interests and concerns of our diverse community. This survey aims to identify the health topics that matter most to you, ensuring that we can provide information and resources that are both relevant and meaningful in the near future.

Participants who fill out the survey will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a $200 grocery card. Ensure you complete the survey by the deadline on January 10th to be eligible for the prize
