Ata Mai Cultural Arts Spring 2025 Semester
Afio Mai, Welcome to our 4th Semester of Ata Mai Cultural Arts, a 10 Week course on Siva Samoa & Taualuga Etiquette and Ori Tahiti Beginner/Intermediate Technique and Skill. Ata Mai Cultural Arts utilizes PICP's curriculum and approach to restoring indigenous Pacific Islander cultural arts as a means of HEALTH & WELLNESS, History & Cultural Enrichment & Community Building.

Polynesian Dance Instructors: Taimalelagi Heaven Anoa'i, Reno Anoa'i, Leilua Malieitulua & Lepepaina Malieitulua (with support of others for music and some sessions) combined experience of 25+ years, performing professionally and teaching all ages and experience levels. 

Session Duration: Monday February 17 - Friday April 25
 Session Schedule: 
  Women
  • Teine/Tamari'i (Ages 5-7): Every Monday & Friday at 4:30PM-5:30PM
  • Tama'ita'i/Tamahine (Ages 8-12): Every Monday & Friday 5:30PM-6:30PM
  • Tausala/Vahine (Ages 13+): Every Monday & Friday 6:30PM - 7:30PM
  Men:
  • Tama/Tamaroa (8-15): Every Monday & Friday 5:30PM-6:30PM
  • Talavou/Tane (16+): Every Monday & Friday 6:30PM-7:30PM
In an effort to increase access and advance equity, we are now offering hybrid-virtual options for individuals in Santa Clara, Alameda County, Contra Costa, Solano & Marin Counties. Must be in person at least 50% of Semester & Join Ata Mai Family Facebook Group for Class Session Videos

There will be a non-refundable tuition fee of $250 for 10 weeks of Basic Siva Samoa & Taualuga Etiquette & Ori Tahiti

We will be located in Millbrae, CA at a Private Dance Studio | Due to Space & Capacity, we ask that families be mindful and not congregate or overcrowd studio sitting area as it will be a distraction to students in session
