THE MAYOR’S OFFICE OF HUMAN SERVICES (MOHS) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to manage the City’s Monument Street Shelter, an emergency shelter for single adult men experiencing homelessness.  This includes providing transportation services for all shelter residents to and from a centrally located transportation hub on a daily basis.

On June 15, MOHS will hold a Pre-Proposal Conference & Site Tour from 2-4pm at 4601 E. Monument St., Baltimore, MD 21205.
