Additional Comments
Please note that as your Board we will do our best to schedule your service hours as close to your preferences as we can.  The needs of the co-op will be take priority along with certain critical roles. 

If for any reason you are not able to fulfill the role assigned, please contact info@midohiochristian.org. If you are unable to meet Service Hours expectations your membership will be placed in a Provisional Status which will hinder you from further Registration. 
Service Hour Parameters

Vital Role (Service Hours) -  is a role that is for a full hour. (Ex: Classroom Helper, Check In Desk, Hall Monitor,  etc..)
Operations Committee -  is a role that works on a team that may take a half hour or less. (Ex: Building Opening/Closing Team, General Cleaning, etc..)
Enrichment -  is a role that may require an hour or more outside of co-op. (Ex: Teen Helper, Knights Bites Assistant, etc..)
