The Naval War College Nigeria (NWCN) was established to bridge operational level  knowledge gaps observed among middle cadre officers of the rank of Lt Cdr / Cdr  in the NN and equivalent from the sister Services. In order to gauge the standard, quality and efficacy of the NWC training curriculum, as well as appreciate the value the course adds to the field performance of the graduates, it has become  necessary to examine the net value of the quality of its training with a view to reviewing its curriculum for better field performance by way of feedback mechanism. Respondents are assured that all information collected for the survey is anonymous and would  purely be used for improving service delivery  at the College.. Its also pertinent to state that the NWCN feedback review mechanism is in no way a career assessment of the affected officers but rather, aimed at improving the College curriculum to align with the CNS Vision.
