Please review the requirements and info below. If your nominee fulfills the guidelines, please complete the form attached.
-Selection committee for all awards will be made by a committee of the following: Principal, Athletic/Activities Director, Member of the Tiger Fan Club, School Board Member, select coaches and advisors, a past recipient of one or more of the available awards and select community representatives. -The selection committee will choose up to two inductees in each category each year. -Only complete nominations will be accepted. -Nominees for the Hall of Fame awards who are not selected will be reviewed for the HOF automatically for four additional years. -Nominees selected will be notified by the AD and will be recognized at a public event to be determined each year and also at halftime of the homecoming football game.
-All information submitted shall be retained by the selection committee.
-Nominations must be completed and submitted no later than June 22nd, 2018.
