AVAILABLE ROLES
We're looking for talented individuals to join our team in the following capacities:

1️⃣ ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WITH SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS
Primary focus: Managing inboxes, customer support, and assisting with content distribution while supporting our executive team.

2️⃣ SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Primary focus: Managing our content distribution across various platforms, repurposing content, and helping maintain our brand voice.

3️⃣ COMMUNITY SUCCESS MANAGER
Primary focus: Being the main point of contact for our community, helping members succeed with our content and courses.

COMBINED RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on which role(s) you're applying for, your responsibilities may include:

📩 Managing inboxes and customer support
📱 Creating and managing social media content across platforms
👥 Engaging with our community and helping members succeed
📊 Working with Excel spreadsheets and tracking metrics
📧 Assisting with newsletters in ConvertKit
📝 Creating resources, invoices, and contracts
📁 Organizing files and documents
🎬 Assisting with YouTube content management
📅 Scheduling calls with potential clients
🤝 Collaborating with team members on various tasks

REQUIREMENTS
🌐 Good internet connection
💻 Computer with 16GB RAM (needed for our design tools)
🗣️ Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
📈 Experience with required tools: ConvertKit, Figma, Notion, Slack, Excel
⏱️ Ability to work 40 hours/week during American hours (8am-4pm EST, with some flexibility)
