If you answered "Yes" above, PLEASE TELEPHONE YOUR COUNSELOR at 319-214-3377 TO INFORM HER, and your appointment will be converted to telehealth and you will be sent a link before session. You may resume in-office appointments by providing a negative Covid-19 test or a week after your symptoms abate. Regardless of infection or vaccine status, KN95 or N95 masks will be worn in the offices until further notice.
It is assumed that clients who prefer in-office sessions have the ability to engage via telehealth if needed, during this pandemic time.

Required equipment for telehealth includes a smartphone and internet (cellular data or wifi) service, OR a functional and updated computer with a monitor, camera, microphone and speakers or a headset equipped with microphone. A meeting space where your privacy can be maintained is also required, and a way to prop up your phone or computer so that you do not have to hold it. iPhones, iPads, iPods and Android phones and tablets are all compatible. Chrome browser works best.

Late cancellation policy applies to sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice due to unwillingness or lack of preparedness to meet via telehealth. If this will pose a problem, please bring it to the provider's attention. Provider may waive fee if circumstances are extenuating, an event which does not invalidate the policy.
