Misty Meadows Client Information
Please fill out the following information for your pet.  Please note that our kennel hours are 8:00am-10:00am and 4:00pm-6:00pm and are by appointment only.  Accommodations might be possible if these times do not work but they are not guaranteed.   There is a $15 surcharge if you need to pick up/drop off outside of the regular hours.

You will be contacted if the booking is accepted.  

We require a one day non refundable deposit during regular days to secure the booking and a two day non-refundable deposit during any school holiday times (Christmas, March Break, Easter, Thanksgiving and Summer Break).  
One day board is $40 plus HST
One day board for 2 dogs from same family is $35/dog/day plus HST.

Please note that you are boarding your pet at Misty Meadows at your own risk.  We do our best to assure that your pet is safe, happy and well looked after while being boarded.  Any injuries or illness that may occur is fully the responsibility of the owner and Misty Meadows will not be responsible for any expenses occurred during their stay at Misty Meadows or anytime thereafter.  *
