EMAS TP YRSG - Interest Form: Companies Open to Offering Job Opportunities
EMAS is partnering with Temasek Polytechnic (TP) and Yellow Ribbon Singapore (YRSG) in the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) Environmental Services Specialist programme to support ex-offenders in their reintegration journey.

The SCTP was officially announced by DPM Heng and the National Environment Agency (NEA) in November 2024 (https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/mid-career-skillsfuture-programme-for-environmental-services-industry-to-be-launched-in-april-2025). The 300-hour programme is the first such initiative for the industry, and will cover topics including robotics, automation, waste management and outcome-based contracting for cleaning services.

The SCTP equips participants with industry-relevant skills, helps them obtain nationally recognised certifications, and prepares them for employment opportunities in the Environmental Services sector.

The collaboration between EMAS, TP and YRSG reflects a strong dedication to supporting ex-offenders through education, skills development and job opportunities - promoting a more inclusive, supportive and nurturing society.
