Hosanna House on behalf of Wilkinsburg Affordable Housing Advocates is pleased to announce a program to support First Time Homebuyers in Wilkinsburg. Eligible applicants can receive assistance with one to three of the following products. We will be able to offer up to 50% of closing costs; up to 15% down payment assistance; and additional assistance for critical construction projects. Maximum award can not exceed $50,000.
