The Dennis-Yarmouth Instruction Office and Technology Team are committed to working with educators to provide the best possible digital tools for our district. Our vetting process provides a proactive method for all educators to verify approved district tools and request new tools for consideration.

This ensures that all aspects of the requested digital tool are considered for optimal support and long term success. Please use the following form to request use of any digital tools, websites and platforms that are not on our approved list.

We use the following criteria to determine if requested tools meet requirements for educational success:

  • Curriculum and Standard Alignment
    • Is it connected to content standards?

    • Does it support district curriculum?

  • Compatibility
    • Will it work on the district network and hardware

  • Licensing
    • Free, paid, and special offers

  • Login Method

    • Clever single sign-on or individual accounts

  • Data privacy

    • Data Protection Agreement in place
        All educators are required to fill out this form before using a new digital tool, website or platform.
