UWF Resident Assistant Duty Log
Please submit this duty log for each night that you are on duty to provide an update on what happened throughout your duty shift. It is important to note that duty logs are due by 10:00AM immediately following your duty shift.

We ask that you be as specific as possible when submitting this duty log so that your Hall Director and/or HRL Pro Staff can use this report to complete any additional follow up that may be needed, especially in regards to maintenance issues. If anything occurs that doesn't fit in any category, please put it in the additional notes in the follow up section.

As a reminder, all Incident Reports to be written immediately after or before the end of your duty shift (8am weekdays, 5pm weekends).
