CO2 Data Entry for K-12 Schools
This form allows you to enter CO2 measurements taken in your school. CO2 concentrations can be used to characterize ventilation quality and compare it against recommendations. This data will by no means be interpreted as a definitive HVAC assessment, however these data points provide a point of departure for further discussion, investigation, and transparent communication.

You can use the form to log multiple entries. If you have bulk or recurring data to share (such as a full day or more of data points), or if you need help identifying a CO2 data point to use, then contact indooraircareadvocates@gmail.com who will elicit further details and take receipt of the data.

In this form, you can grant or deny us your permission to use this information in three ways to provide transparency for parents across the United States regarding the state of ventilation in US schools such as yours. This will also have the effect of letting schools know that parents are watching and expecting them to use the unprecedented funds available to them (ESSER I, II, and III, ELC funds, and more), to take quantifiable action based on well-established recommendations.
