NowPow Patient Document Upload and Exchange - User Research and Testing
Thank you for showing interest in participating in NowPow user testing! Please fill out this form below and we will contact you within 2 business days in regards to your eligibility and scheduled time slot.
Testing will take place at the NowPow Headquarters (5307 S Hyde Park Blvd Chicago, IL 60615) during the weeks of February 18th, 25th, and March 4th. Sessions will be approximately 30 minutes and we will give you a $20 Amazon gift card for your time.
