Hello and welcome to the vendor application for the Co-op's Neighborhood Street Fair!
Mission statement:
The Willi Co-op’s Neighborhood Street Fair celebrates the joy of community
through a vibrant gathering that uplifts local knowledge, sustainable
living, and multicultural diversity. Rooted in cooperative values, the
fair offers a dynamic space for neighbors to connect through food,
entertainment, and skill-sharing while honoring the rich traditions and
talents of our region. Together, we foster a resilient, inclusive, and
joyful community committed to equity, collaboration, and a healthier
world.
Event details: The Co-op's Neighborhood Street Fair will be held outdoors on Valley and Church Street in Willimantic, CT on Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 12:00PM to 4:00PM.
Vendor details: The registration fee is $50 for a 10x10' outdoor space. Set up is 10:30AM and vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event, 12 to 4 PM.
Application information: Thank you for considering applying to be a vendor at the Co-op's Neighborhood Street Fair. We have limited room, so not all vendors will be offered a space this year. Applicants will be notified of the status of their application by March 21, and will be chosen based on:
- Vendor's alignment with our new mission statement (no imported or mass-produced goods, please)
- Your geographic location (we're emphasizing local and hyper-local)
- Uniqueness of offering (we have limited space and want to ensure variety)
Once accepted, we will send you an invoice for your $50 vendor registration fee.
