Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Dishwasher to join our team at Perfecto's Caffe. We have opportunities in Andover, MA and Reading, MA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dishwashing: Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashers and manual methods as needed.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen, including removing trash and recycling as necessary.
• Assist Staff: Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils in a timely manner, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
• Inventory Management: Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure dishwashing equipment is functioning properly, reporting any maintenance issues to management.
• Health and Safety Standards: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume dishwashing.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
