Each month we give $1,000 to a project in Chicagoland that is Awesome. We leave the definition of “awesome” intentionally vague and up to the imagination!
Interested in becoming a Trustee of Awesome Chicago to help continue with our mission to spread awesomeness in Chicago? We are almost always looking for new trustees, so submit your application below!

Awesome Foundation Chicago is only what the trustees make of it, so we expect all of our trustees to be excited and engaged. At minimum, you're expected to contribute $100 every month, read through each month's applications, and attend (to the best of your ability) our monthly deliberation meetings. If you have more energy than that, we're always looking for help with events, outreach, and crazy new ideas!
We pride ourselves on having a fun, friendly, and (obviously) awesome group of trustees. Won't you join us?
