Records Request
(M.G.L. CHAPTER 66 SECTION 10)
Massachusetts General Law allows the Holliston Police Department ten (10) business days to respond with your records. If the record request is authorized for release, the Records Department will send or have available for pick up the requested report(s) as soon as possible. If you have documentation you need to include for your request, please email Records Access Officer Dan Griffith at griffith@hollistonpolice.com or Records Clerk Shannon Tuttle at tuttle@hollistonpolice.com
Please note fees may be charged depending on the extent of the records request and if significant time and/or redactions are required. You will be advised if the request will incur costs prior to the report(s) being released. Cash or credit card payments will not be accepted.
