Complete this form for any issues with your Rooms account (aka "Edurooms", "Thrillshare", "Apptegy") such as but not limited to the following:
- Did not receive email invitation / magic code
- Account does not include all students
- Account includes inaccurate students or guardians
- I am receiving Rooms invitations in error and do not have students in SCBOE
IMPORTANT: Your contact information must match custodial parent(s) information used when registering your student with SCORE or updated information on file with the school registrar in order for your request to be processed [excluding requests to remove incorrect email].
