ASU ECAP Career Mentor Volunteer Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in ASU's ECAP Career Mentor program! Please be sure to RSVP for one of our information sessions if you haven't already.

About the Program:

ECAP Career Mentors are adults with extensive work experience who serve as volunteers in a participating high school in an underserved community. ECAP is the Education and Career Action Plan which all high school students in Arizona are encouraged to complete. Our mentors meet with small groups of students once or twice a week over the duration of the school year, to help them develop their plans for after high school.

Please fill out this form and you will be contacted shortly to schedule an interview. The interview is in addition to the information session. The purpose of our interview is to learn more about you and your interests in the program.

Please note that all volunteers must pass a background check and obtain fingerprint clearance either on your own (by obtaining a fingerprint card) or through the school-district volunteer program. Mentors are also required to complete an Arizona State University Volunteer Application, which will be provided to you at a later date. This program has been managed by the Global Pathways Institute at Arizona State University for more than four years.

We are excited to have you starting the first step!
