Loudoun Chamber Member News Submission Form

As a benefit of Loudoun Chamber membership, your company’s announcements can run in the eNews, the Loudoun County Chamber’s weekly newsletter that is sent to more than 9,000 Loudoun business leaders every week. Please use these simple guidelines when submitting news and announcements for the eNews. Click here to submit.

• Please provide a short headline and no more than 2 sentences of key information.
• Make sure that your announcement contains the short & sweet important information about this business announcement.
• Please, do NOT submit more than 2 entries per week
• Unless you are a nonprofit, please DO NOT submit events, as they will not be included. *Any events can be submitted via the community calendar on our website. If an event is included in this section of the newsletter, it is an event that the Loudoun Chamber is a sponsor or partner.
• Deadline: All copy for the eNewsletter is due by Thursday at 5 p.m. for publication that will be sent on Monday of that following week.

*Exclusivity: This is an exclusive benefit of membership and only submissions from members in good standing of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce will be accepted. If you have questions, please email marketing@loudounchamber.org.
