2017 Pollinator Citizen Science Application Form
Sign up to help contribute to pollinator conservation in Vancouver through this unique hands-on training program led by the Environmental Youth Alliance. Participants will learn to identify bees and other pollinators, collect monitoring data on pollinators and gain a deeper connection to the plants and animals that live with us in Vancouver. Registration closes Sunday May 7th. This program is open to youth aged 15-30.

The Citizen Science training session is mandatory for participation. Can you attend both training days from 10am - 3pm on the weekend of May 20th and 21st?
We would like to assign participants into monitoring teams that are committed to attending all 3 dates (1 per month) at a given site. Of the following sites, which are you interested in committing to (choose as many as you'd like- teams will be finalized during training)

Since pollinator monitoring is dependent on sunny weather, we will be selecting specific monitoring session dates based on forecast and maximized participant availability (doodle polls) the week prior. Sessions will be 2 hours long, between 10am-2pm. For now, please share if you anticipate being present in Vancouver during the following weeks:
