Event Information:
Description of Event: What is needed to enter into a life of authentic discipleship with the Lord Jesus? We believe there are three main criteria:
-- Frequent encounters with the Lord in the Sacraments
-- Authentic Christian community and friendship
-- Intimacy with Jesus in a rich life of prayer
High School Discipleship Weekend is designed to immerse young disciples in these three pillars of the life of discipleship. All of the teens of the diocese that are ready to ‘drop their nets’ and follow the Lord in a more intentional way are invited and encouraged to ‘come and see’. This year’s discipleship weekend will be centered on the specific call each one of us was given by God through our vocations. This will be an overnight retreat experience where the youth will learn what it takes to disciple their peers and each other as well as have an experience with Our Lord that will be monumental to their faith journey. This retreat is highly encouraged for those students who want to be leaders for Extreme Faith Camp.

Transportation Method: Carpool (departing from St. Patrick Parish)

Participant cost:
$120 per student
Adults chaperones (21 or older)- FREE.
Please make checks payable to St Patrick Catholic Church w/ "HSDW 2023" in the memo line. Checks can be dropped off at the parish office. Payment is due upon registration.
