Nominate a school or community volunteer for the Golden Acorn Award!

The Wedgwood PTA presents Golden Acorn Award(s) to a
school or community volunteer in recognition of their dedication and service to children and youth. Since the beginning of this program in the 1930s, more than 54,000 Golden Acorn Awards have been presented to volunteers throughout Washington state.
Recipients receive a certificate, and a contribution is made in their name to the Washington State PTA Scholarship Program that benefits students. We will announce the winner(s) and celebrate all our volunteers with a student-led celebration, more details to come.
Please do not nominate school staff or teachers. If you wish to recognize a teacher or school staff, contact your room parent as teacher appreciation week approaches in early May.
